Surprised! Service was friendly but not accurate. Food came out slow and burger was supposed to be medium and came out legitimately rare. Had to ask for condiments more than once.... This was a favorite location for us... Too bad.

Prepare to wait. This is the only Chili's that I have consistently had issues with. It seems no matter what time of day you arrive, you will wait a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes for your food, even when the place is empty. Last night was no exception. A table of three, we sat in the bar area. After receiving our chips and beer, we placed our orders at 8:10pm. Finally by 9pm we received our food (with a almost empty restaurant mind you). I ordered a triple dipper. The Cook fried the chicken crispers until they were literally 2X well done. These weren't extra crispy, these were on the verge of being inedible, but when lubed up with enough honey mustard, they softened up. I didn't dare send them back as I knew it would just take more time. My big mouth bites were the worst I've ever had them. The chef was lazy and didn't separate the meat (apparently they are pre-made patties that are connected, as well as the bun) and he burnt the meat. And when I mean burnt, I mean it had a thick layer of CHAR on the bottom of the burgers, like the chef literally left them un-flipped for over five minutes on the griddle. The potato skins were the bomb as usual, but instead of sour cream they must of mixed it up because I was served blue cheese dressing. The beer was cold which was a plus, but when I ordered a ice water, the mug REEKED of bleach. This is the third time I have had this happen at this location. I don't know if they don't adequately rinse after washing or WHAT but It smells like you're drinking chemicals. Chili's in Fort Myers has their stuff together. I wish this location would learn something from them.

Well I have never been inside a Chili Restaurant til today. Got that stupid jingle in my head all the time about the ribs. Well I only have 2 bad things to say about the visit. Burnt toast and a weeeeee bit of a wait for being seated. Aside from that i give them a rating of A+. The hostess was the mostess. Found the perfect table for me. The waiter , Johanny, was outstanding. Directed me to the right meal. a Cajun chicken pasta dish. The chicken of cajun spice & breast meat was seasoned correctly and cooked to perfection.. It was moist and tender. I usually Hate white meat this was good. The paste was cooked to al dente and not too much alfredo sauce. I was truly surprise . Though I arrived at shift change ,( it seems)I was attended to. Though as stated I never was at Chilis I will consider to coming back and try the ribs.

Come on now who doesn't like chilis. Apple slices=the best! Desserts=the bomb!! Texas Cheese fries=off the chart!!! In expensive, pretty quick and fulfilling. Customer service is usually pretty good here.

Horrible don't come here ever, 2 hour wait. Got my receipt wrong , food was dry , waiter never came, hostess got my coke refill and the bar guy had to refuel my drink.

Football Sunday and this was the most vacant Chilis I've ever been to. The food was the same as all the other Chilis in California that I have been to before. Never been impressed with anything that I have had at these chain restaurants. Boring and bland food as usual. The service was fair as well. Nice if they left some napkins on the table after dropping off the chips and salsa. Came here with a group and only because it was picked as a location by someone else. Still looking for a good Sports Bar in Cape Coral......any suggestions??

Salsa is always good. Drinks are 2 for 1 every day, $3.79/ beer, you get two. And they are small jugs. Anyway, they must be understaffed tonight. It's taking some time to get the food. Wednesday nights may not be the best nights at chilies. Very slow. I was telling a friend we went to chili's, she said they encountered the same issue, waiting too long for food to be served. I guess they need to hire more employees.

Was at the restaurant on Thur. for lunch sat in bar area service was slow but it look like they had to many customer's not enough help .my main complaint was the menus was so dirty and sticky I didn't was to look at them .One good thing going food was good .

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because we did EVENTUALLY get our food. After waiting 10 minutes to just put our name on a wait list, we noticed that there was not even a packed house - odd. But we waited for our table. After 10 minutes (which I think is a long time), the waitress came for our drink order. It was a full 20 minutes before she returned minus one of our drinks. At that point, we were ready to order, but she said she would be back for order. Another 5 minutes later she came back and got our food order. After being reminded again about the drink she forgot, the manager brought it out. We did get our food about 20 minutes later, but considering this is a franchise restaurant, I would have thought they would have had it more together than this. The WORST. - The waitress padded the bar bill. We won't be back EVER.

Why did I come back after my first experience? Simply because I didn't think a restaurant could be THIS BAD, but alas, it's gotten worse. This place is a shamble, a chain restaurant that's gone rogue. Poor service, long waits with multiple empty tables, cold tasteless food, servers which ignore you so they can gossip and visit with friend and coworkers is the tip of this iceberg! Trust me, you aren't THAT HUNGRY! Keep on driving!

l was starving and in an awful mood when I decided to go to chilis and eat by myself, and man am I glad I did! my server was Dylan, and let me tell you this guy is amazing at his job. he was absolutely perfect! didn't forget a thing, had my food out on time, and was super personable and of course very very nice! don't think I could've had a better server, nor would I want one! food was mediocre at best, but I don't expect anything that fantastic to come out of chilis, sorry! the reason for this review is their awesome server :)
